The website does not store those form entries in a lead database or send them to Proxso automatically. When you choose Continue to WhatsApp, the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp. Proxso receives it only after you press Send. Optional fields stay optional, and continuing asks Proxso to respond to this enquiry.
